Just a short post for now--lots to do!
Yesterday, we arrived at our new home after about 10 hours of driving, and we couldn't be more content with what $500 buys us here! Our downstairs living area is large enough for Toby to get up to a full-speed run. Its pretty close to the square footage of our second Novato place, and it's pretty much ours. Very open and spacious with washer, dryer, small fridge, sun room, backyard and kitchen access.
The landlords set us up with warm flannel sheets on the bed, towels in the bathroom, and offered us more than enough storage for all of our stuff. The guy, Mike, even carried in our bags and asked if we wanted dinner. Apparently they were in the same situation as we were last year and wanted to do for us what someone did for them. Lucky us!
